Unit 1

Unit 1 is situated on the ground floor, with its own parking space at the back of the building as well as spaces at the front. There are 2 bedrooms, the master with a double and the second bedroom contains 2 singles. There are pedestal fans in the bedrooms and the Unit has its own bathroom with shower.

There is an open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen contains a full oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge as well as utensils for your holiday cooking. The living room offers a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD as well as complimentary WiFi and electric heating to keep you toasty warm in winter.

There is a guest laundry which includes washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Outside there is an undercover shared BBQ area, while you cook up dinner the kids can make use of the basketball courtyard with ring to work up their appetite (if your day on the beach hasn't quite done the job!)

This newly renovated 3 bedroom unit is just perfectly positioned for your affordable Port Fairy getaway. The first 2 bedrooms contain Queen beds with built-in wardrobes, the third room has 2 single beds also with built-in robes.

The unit has 2 lounges, the top floor lounge has a large screen TV as well as an outdoor decking area with outdoor seating. Enjoy a morning coffee as the world wakes up. Downstairs is the second smaller lounge area, perfect for sending the kids when you need some peace and quiet!

Beach Terrace 4

Terrace 4 is the ideal family holiday home for 6 guests situated only a stone's throw from Port Fairy's surfing haven of East Beach. The perfect getaway for a couple or small family looking for a budget beach holiday without losing comfort.

This two bedroom, one bathroom terrace home comes with undercover off-street parking - vital during those summer months when the lifeguard patrolled beach is the hub of Port Fairy.

The master queen bedroom hosts it's own TV & DVD player, ideal for those lazy mornings in bed or the late night movie. In the mornings make your hot cup of coffee & enjoy a quiet moment on your private balcony watching the early morning surfers head to the waves.

The second bedroom contains 2 sets of bunks with the addition of another TV & DVD player. There is no reason for anyone to take ownership of the TV remote in this house! Once the kids have come home from off the beach for the day, they can rinse off under the outdoor shower & enjoy some rest time on the bean bags in their own room.

The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of counter space, 6 seater dining table & living room overlooking the decking area where you can sit with a drink, listen to the ocean & watch the world go by!

There is a bathroom upstairs with a shared laundry that contains both a washing machine & dryer. The toilet is upstairs also and is separate from the bathroom.

In the summer fire up the BBQ after a busy day of catching waves & enjoy the balmy nights. Standing fans in addition to the evening cool ocean breeze for the summer months.

In the winter there is nothing better than to rug up in your winter woolies & enjoy a long walk on the beach. Coming home to a warm little unit, put your feet up & relax hearing the waves crash in the background.
